This attempts to fix cmake to work with all the changes made during v9 (c++ support, etc.)
Mostly based on Blankarts cmake stuff.
Currently only works with Linux and MacOS (Thx a lot PA-S for testing and helping fixing this up for MacOS)
Both Linux and MacOS builds seem to work fine, the plan is/was to completely migrate to cmake for easier external library handling (especially on Windows)
Needs to be looked over if all the Saturn specific things are here and needs some testing.
Even if Windows wont work, this is required for Mac
