Adds emote support for chat, inspired by same feature from RadioRacers. Emotes are added externally via soc-like file EMOTES. Here's example containing a static :chonkbunckle: emote and animated :chaodance: emote: emotes.zip
Current limits are: 32 characters for emote name, and 32 frames for animated emotes (mostly because right now you'd need to list each frame manually, will be increased if easier way for doing that will be added)
Also emotes can be disabled completely via emotes cvar
