WARNING: This fork is based on the Testing branch! I'm aware that branch is very frequently updated, so it's likely my branch is already horrifically outdated... 😓
This adds a dial-based speedometer as a HUD option. Makes for a neat showcase of the HUD rotation capabilities!
Due to how the speedometer itself is formatted, the lap/bumper counter is shrunken down when the dial speedometer is enabled.
As per HUD graphic standards, this comes with both a non-colorized and colorized version. The extra.kart and extra2.kart files were modified to include the necessary graphics: extra_dialspeedometer.zip
Very loose tests were done on a Windows build, with no notable issues.

this is really cool!
was wondering when someone would finally make a dial speedometer X)
been testing it a little and noticed one thing though, the Fracunit metric seems have a very different dial range (is that the right word? lul) from the other metrics, not sure if this is intended since the others match up quite nicely
otherwise everything looks good codewise

the dial range being different is indeed intentional for fu/t (hence why I added a divisor field to the drawing function)
normally, the dial's range was balanced around percentage: 200% would push the dial to its limit
however, even on hard speed, there's barely ever a moment where you'll reach 200 fracs/tic (or mph, which also has a different dial range), so it barely reaches halfway, even when you're going crazy fast; it felt very off to me
here's a gif of what it looked like prior:
because of that, fu/t and mph have a different dial range than km/h and percentage
though if you'd rather consistency, I'm completely fine with reverting it to how it was prior

so ye everything looks good to me
