Basically replaces the spectator camera with what was the demo camera
This fixes numerous issues with the spectator camera like:
you now can pass through walls, floors and ceilings. no more getting stuck on certain maps and you can explore freely!
when speccing midgame your camera now wont get put at the map start anymore but instead remains where you were
this also allowed to add a freecam toggle so you can just freely control your camera while INGAME (useful for screenshots that should include you)
also Camera float and sink button are now rebindable
and the postimg stuff has been moved to the camera struct, since its a visual thing relieng on the camera anyways, this just makes more sense
ontop of this, this "clientside" fixes some spectator desynchs;
essentially, the old spectatormovement occasionally causes desynchs, with this, it is blocked by not building any control cmds while in freecam/spectator state, since those are uneeded.
Sadly this does not fix desynchs by vanilla /older saturn/ other custom clients
