taken from kart Chaotic build this is completely non invasive and doesent mess with keyboard inputs in general
needs some testing, but worked fine for me

Changed so it only switches the input if:
The chat is open
The console is open
or theres a text input requiered for menus

doesent apply to gameplay at all (most likely breaks things) and neither the control setup since it would make things confusing as hell
