* builds/win32/.gitignore: Ignore user-specific cache files.
* builds/win32/vc2010/: Add VS2010 project & solution files, created
by upgrading builds/win32/vc2008/freetype.vcproj.
* objs/.gitignore: Ignore Visual Studio output files.
