* src/cff/cffgload.c (CFF_Operator, cff_argument_counts): Handle
`seac', `sbw', and `setcurrentpoint' opcodes.
(cff_compute_bias): Add parameter to indicate the charstring type.
Update all callers.
(cff_operator_seac): Add parameter for side bearing.
(cff_decoder_parse_charstrings): Updated for more Type1 support.
