Ewald Hew 2f0e114068 Add tracing for hints. 
* src/psaux/pshints.c (cf2_hintmap_dump): New function.
(cf2_hintmap_insertHint): Trace incoming and inserted hints.
(cf2_hintmap_build): Dump hintmap before and after hint adjustment.
