David Turner	bfe2f98f1f	a new massive grunt work. Redefined the EXPORT_DEF, ... EXPORT_FUNC, BASE_DEF and BASE_FUNC macros to let them take an argument.. This is needed to compile the library as a DLL on some platforms that have different compiler conventions..	2000-05-12 12:17:15 +00:00
