changed the definitions of stream macros. Examples:
NEXT_Byte => FT_NEXT_BYTE
NEXT_Short => FT_NEXT_SHORT
NEXT_UShortLE => FT_NEXT_USHORT_LE
READ_Short => FT_READ_SHORT
GET_Long => FT_GET_LONG
etc..
also introduced the FT_PEEK_XXXX functions..

everywhere in the source. Sames goes for FT_LOCAL_DEF xxxx translated
into FT_LOCAL_DEF( xxxxx )
