badf317840 Next round of compiler fixes. 
* builds/win32/ftdebug.c, builds/wince/ftdebug.c (ft_debug_init):
Add proper cast.

* include/freetype/internal/ftserv.h (FT_SERVICE_UNAVAILABLE): Fix
cast.
* include/freetype/internal/ftstream.h: Decorate stream and frame
macros with `FT_Long' and `FT_ULong' as appropriate.

* src/base/ftrfork.c (raccess_guess_darwin_hfsplus,
raccess_guess_darwin_newvfs): Use cast.

* src/bdf/bdflib.c (_bdf_set_default_spacing): Use cast.

* src/cache/ftcmanag.c (FTC_Manager_Check): Fix cast.

80c253f9e8 Remove unused WinCE code. 
* builds/win32/ftdebug.c: Remove code guarded with `_WIN32_WCE'.
Since WinCE is handled separately this is no longer needed.

630e24d965 Support debugging on WinCE. From Savannah patch #6536; this fixes 
bug #23497.

* builds/win32/ftdebug.c (OutputDebugStringEx): New function/macro
as a replacement for OutputDebugStringA (which WinCE doesn't have).
Update all callers.
(ft_debug_init) [_WIN32_CE]: WinCE apparently doesn't have
environment variables.

02c3aede1b * docs/DEBUG.TXT: adding debugging support documentation 
* src/base/ftdebug.c (ft_debug_init), builds/win32/ftdebug.c
    (ft_debug_init), builds/amiga/src/ftdebug.c (ft_debug_init): changed the
    syntax of the FT2_DEBUG environment variable  used to control debugging
    output (i.e. logging and error messages). It must now look like:

       any:6 memory:4 io:3   or
       any:6,memory:4,io:3   or
       any:6;memory:4;io:3

f574960899 * src/base/ftobjs.c, builds/win32/ftdebug.c, 
builds/amiga/src/base/ftdebug.c :

            2.1.0 couldn't be linked against applications in Win32 and
            Amiga builds due to changes to "src/base/ftdebug.c" that
            were not properly propagated to "builds/win32" and
            "builds/amiga"..

            this has been fixed. We'll probably make 2.1.1 real
            soon now..
